IMPERIAL Duplex Decoiler

Duplex DecoilerImperial Duplex Decoiler is very useful on continuous process lines like sintering line, Babbitt line, degreasing line, pickling line and where it is difficult to stop the line to load the new material on the machine. One coil always remains loaded as standby and as soon as running coil is finished, just by indexing 180 degrees fresh coil is fed to the line and helps in running the line continuously.

It is a heavy duty structure with heavy base and column. Duplex Head is mounted on two taper roller bearings to make the indexing very free. Drums expandable mechanically and each segment is with two guards to avoid the coil to flare up. Each drum shaft is made of EN8 toughened and mounted on two Radial Ball bearings, and with shoe type brake on it to maintain the desired tension. It can be made motorised also.
