Imperial Coil Slitting line is also sometimes called the gang slitting operation, divides the bigger widths into smaller ones on continuous shearing basis. Exact widths can be achieved to avoid any waste during further operations, ie. blanking or cutting to length. Simple to operate it is run at high speeds depending upon the nature and thickness of material. Different widths to very close tolerance within 0.02 mm can be achieved by use of different thickness of spacers. The slitting is completely burr and camber free. Line is made entirely to the customer's specifications but
